Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is calculated based on the location of delivery and will be added to the total purchase price at checking.  You can expect your purchased item to arrive within 5-8 business days from the receipt of your order.

Orders are shipped on business days only.

Refund Policy

You may refund any goods (other than water) ordered from Alkiss Water (“AW”) if we receive your request for refund, either by email, telephone, or in person, within 24 hours after you have made your order.

You may return 5-gallon and 3-gallon bottle deposits from AW if you provide proof of purchase within a six (6) month period.  The refund will be $10.00 per bottle.  We may vary the price of the refund from time to time without prior written notice.  You are not eligible to return bottle deposits if your most recent purchase of bottled water was made more than six (6) months from the date you submit your request to return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  The items must be in its original packaging when you return it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • bottled water, other than bottle deposits eligible for return;
  • any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and
  • any item that is requested for return more than 24 hours after you submitted your order, unless you are returning bottle deposits eligible for return.

To return or exchange an item, you must ship the item to us in its original packaging and condition, prepay shipping charges and accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. AW will not ship a replacement or exchange until the returned item is received. The returned package must contain a copy of an original purchase receipt that shows the price of the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Any costs of return incurred by AW will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We have sole discretion whether to approve or reject your refund. 

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be automatically credited to the credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged through no negligence or error on your part.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@yyoung.com and send your item to:

You are eligible for free delivery of bottled water if you make a minimum order of three 5-gallon bottles in a single order.

You may order delivery of bottled water by email, phone, or submitting an order online.

We have a regular schedule for water delivery.  Please refer to our Delivery Map & Schedule on our website to determine which days we will be delivering to your region. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

International Addresses

We currently ship within Canada only.

Order Cancellation and Charges

We do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted.  If you have a question about your order, please feel free to contact us. 

Out of Stock Items

Items that are displayed on the online store should be in stock, unless marked otherwise.  If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
